Main introduction of slurry pump
6 / 4 F - HH slurry pump can be widely used in mining, power, metallurgy, coal, environmental protection and other industries to transport slurry containing abrasive solid particles. Such as metallurgical beneficiation plant slurry transport, 6/4F-HH slurry pump, thermal power plant ash removal, coal washing plant coal slurry and heavy medium transportation, dredging rivers, river dredging and so on. In the chemical industry, Anguo 6/4F-HH slurry pump can also transport some corrosive slurry containing crystal.
In the coal washing industry, due to different working conditions, large coal blocks and coal gangue are easy to block, and the design requirements for the slurry pump are very high.
In terms of structural characteristics and pump performance, it can be generically referred to as a slurry pump. Therefore, in this seawater sand selection, we often call it a sand pump. In the river dredging, it is customary to call a dredging pump.
Features
1.Pump body pump cover and over-current components: This series of pumps is a horizontal, vertical medium-sized, double-pump shell structure slurry pump. The pump body and pump cover are equipped with a replaceable metal lining. The lining is made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy material. The lining can be used until wear-through, which extends the maintenance period and reduces operating costs.
2.6/4F-HH slurry pump flow control slurry pump operation, pay attention to the temperature and leakage of the packing gland. Normal packing leakage should not exceed 10-20 drops per minute.
3.Transmission mode: V-type V-belt drive, flexible coupling drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, variable frequency drive, thyristor speed control, etc. Among them, the V-shaped V-belt drive has CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, ZR transmission.
4.The pump is mainly used to transport liquids such as water, oil, acid and alkali, emulsion, suspoemulsion and liquid metal, as well as liquid, gas mixture and liquid containing suspended solids.
