Main introduction
The 3 / 2 C - slurry pump is the most popular pump model among rubber lined pump models.Pump 3 / 2 C - is mostly used for the building industry handling ashes of building blocks.
The temperature of the solid-liquid mixture to be transported generally does not exceed 80 ° C (double-shell pump lined with glue pump does not exceed 60 ° C).The head of the rubber-lined impeller should not exceed 63m. The allowable line speed should not exceed 30m/m. Bearings are generally selected from rolling bearings and are lubricated with thin oil or grease. The operating temperature should not exceed 75 °C. The pump's transmission can be equipped with a flexible coupling, a drive belt or a fluid coupling. Couplings, V-belts and pulleys should have safety shields. For double-shell pumps with rubber inner casing, the size of solid particles in the slurry should not exceed 3 mm, and there is no sharp edge; for double-shell pumps with single-shell pump and metal inner casing, the size of solid particles in the slurry should not exceed 80% of the flow section size. The packing seal water pressure should be 35 kPa higher than the pump discharge port pressure.
Advantages
The 3/2C-R slurry pump is a single-stage single-suction, cantilever, horizontal centrifugal slurry pump. This type of pump has a thick bearing and is equipped with a heavy-duty bracket, so it is suitable for conveying strong abrasion, high concentration slurry or low concentration high lift slurry.
