The ZJ horizontal slurry pump is an axial suction, single-stage single-suction, cantilever horizontal centrifugal slurry pump. This type of pump adopts the international advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow theory and is designed according to the principle of minimum loss. The geometry of the flow-passing component conforms to the flow state of the medium, reducing local and coastal hydraulic losses such as eddy currents and impacts, thereby reducing wear of the overcurrent components, improving hydraulic efficiency, and reducing operating noise and vibration; The flow-through part is made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron, which has strong anti-wear, anti-corrosion and anti-shock properties, which improves its service life. In addition, the series of pumps use power step-down to ensure that the slurry is not easy to leak.

ZJ series slurry pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal slurry pump (can be operated in series according to customer requirements). The over-flow component is made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron. It has wear resistance, high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, reasonable structure and operation. Maintenance
1. The characteristics of the slurry pump determine the choice of the material of the slurry pump. The slurry pump is a centrifugal pump that transports a slurry containing solid particles. It should be a pure liquid that is transported. The pressure of the cooling water sealed by the external washing machine should not be too large, and the general condition is not higher than the flow rate, and it can usually flow naturally.
2. The pressure of the cooling water for the internal flushing machine seal should be higher than the working pressure in the sealed chamber.
3. Start the submersible slurry pump every time the water to be flushed or the cooling water is turned on for five minutes.
4. Stop the rinse or cooling water after stopping the slurry pump for five minutes.
5, mechanical seals are not allowed to run without flushing water or cooling water or dry friction.
