Product features: This series of pumps can transport all kinds of solid-liquid abrasive slurry within 80 °C temperature or used as pump for various types of filter presses, such as non-ferrous metals such as zinc, copper, cobalt, nickel and manganese. The filter press with the wet smelting process is equipped with a pump or process pump, the slurry pump in the process of coal dressing, non-metallic mineral processing (titanium dioxide, kaolin, etc.), sludge and waste slag in the environmental protection industry. Pump, pressure filter pump or pressure transfer pump in the production process.
Structure: ZJ series slurry pump is a wear-resistant and energy-saving slurry pump. Adopting the internationally advanced design theory and designing according to the principle of minimum loss, the shape of the flow-through component and the flow state of the slurry are ideal.
Material: The over-current component is made of high-hard wear-resistant cast iron alloy, which has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength and impact resistance, and improves service life. The power is reduced, the university seals, and the slurry is not easy to leak.
