Product Introduction
SP, SPR slurry pump is mainly suitable for conveying corrosive, coarse particles and high concentration slurry. Widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, electricity, building materials, environmental protection and other departments.
The 65qv-SP submerged slurry pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump with the pump inlet vertically downward and the outlet vertically upward on the other side of the pump. The pump is mainly composed of lower filter screen, pump body, impeller, shaft, guard plate, bracket and other parts. The upper part of the pump has bearing support, the pump is installed under the liquid, and no shaft seal is required. The over-current component is wear-resistant material. The SP submerged slurry pump is used to transport various corrosion-resistant and corrosive slurry energy-saving products. The SP vertical liquid slurry pump has a parameter flow range of 10-1000m3/h and a head of 5-30m, allowing large particles to pass. The particle size is 65 mm, and the liquid temperature generally does not exceed 80C. It can work normally even when the amount of inhalation is insufficient, and it is mainly used under the irreplaceable conditions of horizontal slurry pumps such as coal washing plants, power plants, mines, and metallurgy.

Structural features of the SP submerged slurry pump:
1. Adopt vertical cantilever type and single pump shell structure.
2. Double suction and semi-open impeller design, using hard alloy or rubber impeller.
3. The barrel bearing assembly is designed with high-capacity bearings and the bearings are greased.
4. The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to ensure efficient operation of the pump.
5. No shaft seals are required.
6. Pump and drive machine can be used with direct drive and V-belt drive.
7.RVS type adopts rubber over-current parts and parts lining rubber in contact with the slurry to adapt to strong corrosive working conditions.
