150ZGB Main Features
1. Using modern CAM design method, excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear rate.
2. The impeller and packing combined seal and mechanical seal are used to ensure no leakage of the slurry.
3. The flow channel is wide, the anti-blocking performance is good, and the cavitation performance is superior.
4. Reliability design ensures that the MTBF of the whole machine is greatly improved.
5. It adopts thin oil lubrication and metric bearings, and reasonable setting of lubrication and cooling system to ensure the bearing runs at low temperature.
6. The flow-through parts are made of high-chromium alloy, which has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
7. It can be used in multiple stages in series within the allowable pressure range, which allows a maximum working pressure of 3.6 MPa.
8. ZGB series slurry pump transmission mode is mainly direct connection, and the flow head of the pump is adjusted by cutting the outer diameter of the impeller.
